We modernized a turn-of-the-century structure into Corewell Health’s consolidated office space. Scope included new domestic water, gas, and sanitary piping with fixtures, sheet metal, HVAC equipment, and hydronic piping. The multiyear project featured boilers, AHUs, RTUs, split systems, cooling towers, and more than 205 heat pumps in exposed ceilings. Completed in 2023, the building now houses 26 Corewell Health offices under one roof.
