Corewell Health Brassworks Building
We modernized a turn-of-the-century structure into Corewell Health’s consolidated office space. Scope included new domestic water, gas, and sanitary piping with fixtures, sheet metal, HVAC equipment, and hydronic piping. Meijer Holland
Our team completed the full plumbing scope for the renovated Meijer Holland store. Work included the delivery area, freezer and display cases, and bathroom sets — covering 20,000 sq. ft. of updated retail space.
Kelloggsville Central Elementary School
This 62,000 sq. ft. facility for grades 3–5 gave Kelloggsville Public Schools a new hub for learning. Work included domestic water, gas, and sanitary piping with fixtures, sheet metal, HVAC equipment, hydronic piping, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, and split systems.
Grandville Middle School
For Grandville Public Schools, we helped deliver a state-of-the-art new middle school spanning 200,000 sq. ft. Scope included domestic water and gas piping, sanitary piping and fixtures, sheet metal, HVAC equipment, and hydronic piping. Corewell Health HDVCH 11th Floor
We completed a full renovation of the 11th Floor at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, known for its curved structure and striking blue glass. Corewell Health 3B Rehab
This multiyear effort modernized the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th Floors of Blodgett Hospital. Scope included new domestic water and gas piping, sanitary piping and fixtures, sheet metal, HVAC equipment, and hydronic piping. Renovations delivered new common areas and 30+ patient rooms, totaling 53,000 sq. ft.
Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital – Front Entrance
We supported the creation of Blodgett Hospital’s new patient care entrance, including a second-floor addition. Work included new domestic water, gas, and sanitary piping with fixtures, plus sheet metal, HVAC equipment, and hydronic piping. The renovation and expansion covered 21,000 sq. ft.
Corewell Health MHC 8th Floor ICU
Our team helped with a complete renovation of the 8th Floor ICU at Corewell Health’s MHC facility. We delivered new domestic water and sanitary piping, fixtures, medical gas, sheet metal, HVAC equipment, and hydronic piping. The project created 20 ICU rooms and 4 critical care rooms across 30,500 sq. ft.
